Processing & Shipping Times
We strive to process and ship all orders on time to ensure you receive your custom item as expected. Processing times are currently 1-2 weeks.
Once shipped, delivery times depend on the shipping method chosen at checkout and the carrier's transit times. Please note that holidays and unforeseen delays may impact delivery schedules.
Recommended Shipping Method
For added protection and faster delivery, we highly recommend selecting Priority Shipping at checkout. This method typically includes insurance and quicker transit times, offering more security for your package.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided, we are not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages. If you experience any issues with delivery, we recommend the following steps:
- Check your tracking information for updates.
- Contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
- If marked as "delivered" but not received, check with neighbors or your local post office.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the package.
